General

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of our services at Chances Casino Squamish, a community-oriented, land-based gaming and entertainment venue operating under the regulated umbrella of the British Columbia Lottery Corporation in Canada.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our facilities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please leave our premises immediately.

Definitions

In this Agreement, "we" or "us" refers to the British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC), its partners, service providers, and associated entities. "You" or "your" refers to any individual who accesses or uses our facilities.

Age Restriction

You must be at least 19 years old to enter or use our facilities. You represent that you are of the required age to gamble in British Columbia.

Responsible Gaming

We strive to provide a safe and responsible gaming environment. We encourage all patrons to gamble within their means, set limits on their spending, and take regular breaks from play. Gaming Regulations

Liability Disclaimer

We shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs, expenses, claims, suits, actions, proceedings, judgments, interest, awards, decrees, orders, settlements, payments, rights, demands, or liabilities (collectively, "Claims") arising out of your use of our facilities, games, or services. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive, exemplary, multiple, or extraordinary damages.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of British Columbia and applicable federal law. Any disputes arising out of this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with BCLC's rules for dispute resolution.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify or change these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice, by posting updated versions on our website or through other public announcements within our premises. Your continued use of our facilities after such modifications shall be deemed acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of our facilities and services. Any prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, representations, warranties, discussions, negotiations, stipulations, communications, documents, reports, or summaries are hereby superseded by this Agreement.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any term or provision in these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right. Waivers must be made in writing and signed by us.

Severability

If any part of this Agreement is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

Notices

All notices given under these terms and conditions shall be delivered in person, sent via mail, or through electronic means as required by applicable laws.

Jurisdictional

We operate exclusively within British Columbia and our services are not intended for residents of other provinces or countries. If you are accessing our facilities from outside Canada, please note that your use is subject to the relevant jurisdiction's laws, regulations, and restrictions.
